It will be an year (23rd of December) since I've seen you or spoken to you...and probably a life long of missing your presence Raj!
But a soul like yours has done so much for friends and for general good that it is difficult to feel that you are no more.
Yesterday I just happen to flip through the pages of one of last year's Hyderabad based magazines and found photographs and mention of the great rally that was taken out against reservations in India. And I couldn't help but search your face among the numerous faces in the photograph. An ever glowing lamp for a person whose soul will never lose the spark!

Just a few lines for you dear...
A random thought or so about you,
A random search for you among the few,
lends me a moment of silence...which often
feels like a conversation with you!

thank you for these lines .. very true ... a moment of silence .. and we feel like we had a conversation ... !
Am still wondering whom does the death god actually take away , as far as i have seen, death kills a person once but his outsurvivors every single day!!!it leaves such a deep cavity in the live person's heart, that that part of the heart is as good as dead. I pity the people who are alive like me because life is not certain like death! I guess we should pray for all souls whether they are on earth or in heavens , dont noe which is more difficult living or dieing!!
PS : My intention is not to tarnish the memory of a good soul ,if unintentionally i have done that through this cmmnt, pls frgve me
I too miss him quiet a lot and soumi to be frank I never thought i'll miss him badly.
Dear friends,
What I am trying to say here might be irrelevant to the post. Plz excuse me.
I have seen many people [infact my colleagues] spending hours of time in Orkut to find their old friends and chat with them. [They spend less time in having a good talk with the people around.]
They feel great about finding them. But, within few days of time, their excitement is lost. They find it boring to chat with their old friends as there was nothing more than enquiring their whereabouts. Once it is done, what's further! Nothing.
I used to think 'Why?' I got an answer 'People are looking for and even welcome purposeful relationships'.
Love the other person for the sake of love. Then, there is more to talk, the conversation never ends.
Let all of us make genuine efforts to spend some quality time with our friends and express our love to the other. Let us not manage relationships with mobile phones or chats.
We won't 'miss' anyone as long as our hearts and minds are open to express the love within.
